Driven, often ambitious, creative and inquisitive. I enjoy the interaction with people in order to realize and further develop new ideas. New languages, techniques, methods and visions have my attention. To take a look at the possibilities, the correct application and implementation of these from this newly gained knowledge.
I will observe the processes and activities
with a critical but realistic view, focussing on how innovation and
improvements can be implemented. By analyzing sharply and using my
analytical skills, I am
able to understand complex systems quickly. I like to opt for
creative solutions with an eye for user interests.
I think clarity is important in order to be able to properly
manage expectations over and over again.
Clarity helps me to make choices, so that I
can work in a planned and result-oriented way. This will allow me to
identify and communicate risks early.
I naturally set the bar high but realize that this is not always
immediately desirable. Nevertheless, I will always try to get the
quality as high as possible.
